CQI Preamble

As an organization that is committed to excellence, Family & Children Services believes that in order to achieve excellence in client services and retain quality staff, it is necessary to continuously evaluate the Agency’s programs and processes.  The CQI Committee acts as the organizational mechanism to seek feedback from staff, clients, and stakeholders regarding our programs and processes and provide oversight to internal quality assurance activities related to COA standards for Performance and Quality Improvement. The CQI Committee supports the work of Agency programs and administrative services and offers recommendations related to continuous quality improvement to the CEO.
