Parent Information
The Children’s Medical Needs Fund (CMNF) provides financial assistance for medical services/equipment to children (18 or under) with special health care needs that cannot be funded through any other community resource, including state or federal programs. The Children’s Medical Needs Fund is made possible through funds from the Kalamazoo Community Foundation.

Medical Eligibility Criteria
Families with children (18 or under) living in Kalamazoo County are eligible to apply for assistance from the CMN Fund. Referrals are currently being accepted for clients served by *any non-profit organization.

Income Eligibility
In order for applications to be considered by the CMNF, financial information must be submitted by the family. The CMNF will provide assistance, based on the financial information provided.
