Parents receive support and education through Parenting Support services. The Parent Infant Program (PIP) serves families in which either the parent or child is struggling with mental health challenges, offering support from pregnancy through age three. Services include parenting education and support, individual and family therapy, case management services, case aid support, crisis intervention and 24-hour on-call availability.

School-Based Services offer ongoing counseling, home, community and crisis intervention, information and referral to community services for students struggling to complete their educations.
